Good evening, I am winding down fast. So, tonight was reliablity of web sites. I like the idea of sending kids to designated sites for their initial education. Then once they start surfing on their own they will have some, if not a lot of experience with legitimate sites. It is also important for us to talk up this topic.

It is important, Julie, to at least instill a healthy attitude of doubt in students. Then they will be on their way to being crtical thinkers. Some of the bogus websites are fun and kids enjoy looking at them. Encouraging them to check questionable information in another source is a good habit, too.
